Ruth Mary Lagerman of Junction City, Kansas has passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, with family in California.
A graveside service will take place on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery.
Ruth was born on June 18, 1944, in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, the daughter of Harold and Wanda (Stachowski) Gassenhuber. After graduating from Oak Creek High School, she married Francis Lagerman in 1963, becoming a patriotic military wife. She resided with her family in Junction City for 50 years and had a career at Woolworth Distribution Center. Ruth’s greatest joy was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
