Rosie Livengood, 79, died March 25, 2023, in rural Morganville, KS.&nbsp; 
She was born on July 17, 1943, in Clay Center, the daughter of Harlan and
 Marguerite (Nelson) Young.&nbsp; 

Rosie grew up in Clay County and was a 
graduate of Morganville High School. She married Lon Livengood on July 
23, 1961.&nbsp; They farmed and made their home in rural Morganville.&nbsp; Rosie 
worked as a bookkeeper at Gibson’s and as a clerk and later a meter 
reader for KP&amp;L.&nbsp; 

She was a member of the Morganville United 
Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening.&nbsp; Rosie was preceded in death by 
her parents and two brothers, Duane and Dale Young.

Daughter: Christine and husband Marshall Foster

6 Grandchildren and 15 Great-grandchildren

Visitation: Friday, March 31, 2023, from 3-6 PM at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home.&nbsp;

Private, family services will be held at a later date.
