Nicolae "Nicu" Gligor, 68, of Manhattan, KS, formerly of Romania, passed away at Wednesday, March 15th, 2023. He was a retired bank manager in his home country of Romania. 

Carlson's Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home and Cremation is assisting with funeral arrangements.
