Manhattan Housing Authority release
Manhattan Housing Authority announced that they have been awarded a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) for the development of Sunflower Flats.
This new project marks a significant milestone in a commitment to providing quality affordable housing in Manhattan. Sunflower Flats will offer modern, energy-efficient apartments designed with the needs of the community in mind.
The money will be used to help develop senior housing.
