Starting Tuesday, April 25th, the Kansas Department of Transportation will reduce lanes across the spillway bridge on K-13 while annual bridge inspections are completed.
KDOT maintenance crews will provide traffic control through the area, as traffic is reduced to one lane from 7am to 4pm.
Flaggers will direct traffic through the area which will be marked with cones and signs.
KDOT says drivers should be prepared for delays of up to 15 minutes and reminds motorists to be alert and follow warning signs when approaching and driving through highway work zones.
The bridge inspection is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting.
