Doris M. Dietrich, 83, of Junction City, KS, passed away on February 19, 2022, at Valley View Senior Life. Cremation will take place. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery, Junction City, with Pastor Timothy McCall officiating. Memorials are suggested to Hospice c/o Geary Community Healthcare Foundation, P.O. Box 3015, Junction City, KS, 66441. She was born on October 31, 1938, to Edwin McDonald and Carrie Kissling in Junction City, KS. She married Merle Dietrich on November 8, 1959. Doris lived her entire life in Junction City. She was employed by Junction City Transportation Company and was the first female bus driver for the company. She most recently worked at Kolling Pharmacy before she retired. She is survived by son Steven of Simi Valley, CA, grandson Griffen and his wife Madison of Moorpark, CA, grandson Spencer of Los Angeles, CA, and son Kenneth and his wife Theresa of Phoenix, AZ, grandson Tyler Kelso and his wife Lola of Beamsville, Ontario, Canada. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Dietrich.&nbsp;&nbsp;
