Habitat for Humanity of the Northern Flint Hills works with City of Manhattan

Posted Jul 04, 2025 12:39 AM

There is new funding for a Habitat for Humanity of the Northern Flint Hills Home Preservation Program in partnership with the City of Manhattan’s Home Rehabilitation and Repair Assistance Program (RRAP). This partnership will provide homeowners within the Manhattan city limits who have combined household gross incomes between $54,000 and $108,000.

This initiative will support homeowners in the City of Manhattan to maintain safe and affordable workforce housing. RRAP funding provides critical support for repairs that allow residents to remain safely in their homes, including roof replacements and other structural repairs, emergency heating and cooling, and accessibility improvements.
