Elnora "Ne Chelle" Bronson

Elnora "Ne Chelle" Bronson, 57, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Geary Community Hospital. A visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Johnson Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m.

Ne Chelle was born February 5, 1964, at Fort Irwin, CA, the daughter of Frank James Holland, Jr. and Daisy Jean Jackson.

Ne Chelle was a military spouse for twenty years having earned many awards and decorations for her volunteer and efforts while her husband served in the military. She was an active and faithful member of various churches. She was a Girl Scout Troop Leader and worked as a para-professional for U.S.D. #475 at various schools. Her last career was working for AAFES at Fort Riley. Her greatest passion was helping her family and friends. Many people considered her as a second mom or a member of their family.

On June 3, 1983, she married Jerry L. Bronson at Fort Hood, TX.

Survivors include her husband Jerry of the home in Junction City, KS; two daughters, Shenna Banks and her spouse April of Manhattan, KS and Jeannie Bronson of Junction City, KS; two grandchildren, Ja' Ziyah and Juelz of Junction City, KS; one brother, Frank Holland, III; two sisters, Trenneisa Taylor and Amon James; a host of nephew, nieces, uncles, aunts and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Frank; one brother, Eric Jackson and her step-father Oscar Jackson.
