RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a burglary in Manhattan.
Just before 1p.m. Friday, officers filed a report for burglary in the 5000 block of Murray Road in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Two 24-year-old men reported a storage unit was broken into and an MK18 AR-15 rifle, a Century Arms AK Draco, two CZ 9mm handguns, an antique black powder revolver and ammunition were stolen.
The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $7,900. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
