MANHATTAN - The City of Manhattan Street and Stormwater Divisions have started a citywide 'pothole blitz' focusing exclusively on patching potholes around Manhattan.

Crews will start on major roadways, including: Anderson/Bluemont Avenues, Poyntz Avenue, Fort Riley Boulevard, etc.

Once major roads are patched, crews will begin working on residential streets, utilizing the 'Spring Cleanup' map.

Pothole patching will be done weather permitting.

Arrow boards and cones will be used to mark the work zones as they move along the roadways.

Crews will continue patchwork until they have completed the circuit around town filling all existing potholes.

If there are potholes in your neighborhood, or on your drive to work you can notify the city of their location using the 'ReportIt!' app.

'Pothole blitz' will follow this schedule around the city after major roadways are patched.
