RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating alleged identity theft crimes reported on July 27, and have made an arrest.
On Tuesday, David DeJesus Roman, 28, of Ogden, was arrested on seven requested charges of computer unlawful acts, six counts of criminal use of a financial card and one count of theft of property of services. DeJesus Roman is being held on a bond of $28,000.
