RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating an alleged aggravated assault.
Just before 7:30a.m. Wednesday, police filed a report of aggravated assault in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report. A 56-year-old woman reported that a known 87-year-old male suspect tried to run over her with his truck.
