(MANHATTAN, Kan., Aug. 21, 2024) – Stormont Vail Health is excited to welcome Karen Graves, D.O., to the Primary Care team at the Manhattan Campus. Dr. Graves brings more than two decades of experience in family medicine to Cotton O'Neil Primary Care Manhattan, located at 1325 Research Park Drive. Her practice philosophy extends beyond traditional family medicine to embrace a holistic approach that acknowledges health's mental, physical, and emotional factors.
Dr. Graves earned her medical degree from ATSU-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She honed her expertise through a residency at the Munson Family Practice Residency Program, which emphasizes the AOA/ACGME principles of comprehensive healthcare.
"Family medicine is about more than just making diagnoses," Dr. Graves said. "It's about truly understanding and listening to patients and being a trusted part of their healthcare journey."
When she's not caring for her patients, Dr. Graves finds joy and relaxation in swimming - a passion from her childhood that she continues to share with her family. Her involvement with local swim teams and her commitment to living an active lifestyle highlight her belief in the importance of community engagement and maintaining a balanced life.
Dr. Graves is accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, please get in touch with Cotton O'Neil Primary Care Manhattan at (785) 537-2651.
