RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating an alleged scam in Manhattan.
Just before 2p.m. Monday, officers filed a report of larceny in the 100 block of Bluemont Avenue, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 76-year-old man reported an unknown suspect conducted a telephone scam involving money transfers. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $3,503.74.
