SSG (RET) David Lee Williams, Sr. 65, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2022 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery with military honors. David was born November 24, 1956, in Pittsburgh, PA the son of Edward Lawrence and Edna Mae (Peters) Williams, Sr. David served in the United States Army until his retirement. In the Army he worked as a mechanic. After his discharge, he continued to work as a contractor mechanic at Fort Riley. Dave enjoyed hunting and fishing. He liked spending time with his family and grandchildren. He married Sun Sil Yi in Seoul, Korea. Survivors include his wife Sun of the home in Junction City, KS; one son, David L. Williams, Jr. of Junction City, KS; one daughter, Lisa Williams of Junction City, KS; five grandchildren, Laila, Michael, Isabelle, Greyson and Lilly.&nbsp;&nbsp;
