You can cut your own Christmas tree this holiday season further to decorate your home for free.
Manhattan Parks and Recreation will be host to the 10th annual Red Cedar Holiday Harvest from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, December 7 at Warner Memorial Park in Manhattan.
This family-friendly event is free for everyone. Parks and Rec is partnering with Britt’s Farm for this community event to offer hayrack rides to and from the trees.
Bring a handsaw; no chainsaws are allowed in the park. Parks and Rec staff and the Manhattan Fire Department will be on hand to assist if needed.
