Notice has been received through the Northeast Kansas Regional Notification System that burning will not be allowed in Riley County on Wednesday. The National Weather Service has also put a red flag warning in effect Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for low humidity and gusty winds for the Manhattan - Junction City region.
