Phase 2 of the Kimball Ave. reconstruction project (between Seth Child and Candlewood) in Manhattan will be begin on Thursday.
The City announced that traffic will shift to one lane each way on the south lanes. The off-ramp heading south from Seth Child and the on-ramp heading north to Seth Child will be closed.
