Jonathan Macaulay Winton, 31, of Junction City, passed away on April 25, 2023. A family led celebration of life will be held at a later date.
He was born on July 28, 1991, to David and Stacie Winton. He was raised in Oklahoma where he developed a passion for fishing and being outdoors.
Jonathan graduated high school in 2010, from Gore High, Oklahoma. While playing football for the Gore Pirates, he scored the longest return touch-down, which still holds true today. When he was off the football field, he showed his talents on the basketball court.
He and his friend Luke Swafford participated in many community outreach programs including: building homes for the community, training horses, and being someone to lookup to while living at Circle of Care Boys Ranch in Gore, Oklahoma. The town of Gore appreciated both of their services to their community.
He is survived by Courtney; daughter, Macaulee; son, Damon and a host of loving family and friends who are left to cherish his memory.
