Many Manhattan city facilities will be closed on Monday

City of Manhattan facilities, including City Hall, Municipal Court, the recreation centers, Animal Shelter and other City offices, will be closed Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day.(Certain operations such as water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, and fire station staffing, along with other emergency staffing, will continue to ensure critical services are maintained. Flint Hills Discovery Center and Sunset Zoo also will be open on Memorial Day.)
