Blizzard conditions are expected with total snow accumulations of one to three inches and winds gusting as high as 65 mph.
This is for a portion of northeast Kansas from 8 PM Tuesday evening to 4 AM Wednesday.
Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions.
