MANHATTAN - Riley County Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in identifying a person in connection with recent catalytic converter thefts in Manhattan.
According to RCPD, the person pictured above has been identified as being connected to a catalytic converter theft in the parking lot of the east Dillons on April 20,2023.
