Jill Renee Whitley-Orr was born on June 18, 1960 in Colby KS and passed in the presence of her loving family at 9:55 am on September 28, 2023 in Manhattan, Kansas.
Mrs. Orr is survived by: her mother, Marilyn Whitley of Manhattan, husband Edward Orr of The Woodlands Texas, brother Robin Whitley and his wife Kim of Lincoln, Nebraska, sister-in-law Julie Condon and husband Michael of Lake-In-Hills, Illinois, brother-in-law David Orr of Rockford Illinois, two nieces and five nephews, as well as nine great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to plant a tree in Jills name or contribute to the staff of Wroten House at Meadowlark Hills, who took such loving and tender care of Jill for six years.
