MANHATTAN, Kan. (September 29, 2026) — The Kansas 4-H Foundation has selected NAI Martens to serve as the broker for Rock Springs Ranch in Geary County as the Foundation pursues viable ownership options for the property.
Following a thorough evaluation, the Kansas 4-H Foundation Board of Trustees began pursuing ownership options for Rock Springs Ranch in April. The selection of NAI Martens represents continued progress in the Foundation’s work to determine a path forward for Rock Springs Ranch.
NAI Martens, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Wichita, will lead the marketing of Rock Springs Ranch and work with the Foundation to connect with prospective parties. Founded in 1948, NAI Martens provides commercial real estate brokerage and related services throughout Kansas.
