Dr. Randy Watson, Kansas Commissioner of Education, surprised Mrs. Whitney George's 4th grade class at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School. He was a guest reader in celebration of Read Across America Week.
Dr. Watson was joined by USD 383 Superintendent, Eric Reid, and Dr. Beryl Ann New from the Kansas State Board of Education.
