American Legion in Manhattan will host a Memorial Day ceremony Monday at 10 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery. The ceremony will be preceded by a performance by the Manhattan Municipal Band. There will be a small luncheon at 11 a.m. Free will donations will be accepted.
