MANHATTAN - The Riley County Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Thatcher.
According to RCPD, Thatcher has Down Syndrome, is non-verbal and has been missing for approximately 3 hours.
Thatcher was last seen in the area of Arbor Drive and Miller Parkway around 11:15 am.
Thatcher was last seen wearing dark blue shirt, blue shorts, and gray sneakers.
Thatcher is 5'10" tall and weighs 180 pounds. He does not like sunlight and will look for shade.
RCPD says Thatcher is most likely to stick to sidewalks and roads for walking on.
