RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged identity theft.
On Tuesday, officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card in Manhattan. A 20-year-old woman reported she lost her bank card and it was later used by an unknown suspect to withdraw approximately $3,000 from her bank account.
