On December 14, UPS reported a 21-year-old male opened packages and stole six cell phones and other electronic devices. Officers filed a report for theft in the 1100 block of Hayes Drive in Manhattan. The estimated loss is still to be determined.

On December 14, a 31-year-old male reported that someone broke into his unoccupied home and stole two Samsung televisions, clothes, dishes, nail gun, air compressor, a mattress, and $3,500 in cash. Officers filed a report for burglary in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Manhattan. The estimated loss is approximately $9,450.
