
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Just after 9p.m. Sunday, a sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 white Nissan Versa for an alleged traffic infraction on U.S. Highway 75 near 134th Road, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
The driver, Adrian Leon, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges that include possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended.
