Pawnee Mental Health has announced the promotion of Jordan Benge, MPA, to Director of Operations.
Benge previously served as Office Supervisor for Pawnee’s Central Region, supporting the Clay and Geary County offices. Since joining Pawnee, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, team development, and the organization’s mission of providing accessible mental health services.
Benge brings more than 10 years of operations management experience, including expertise in staff supervision, workflow management, process improvement, and organizational coordination. Prior to joining Pawnee, he served in several operations management roles with the United States Army, where he supervised large cross-functional teams, managed complex operational systems, and led process improvement initiatives in fast-paced environments.
He holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American Military University.
In his role as Director of Operations, Benge will oversee operational functions across Pawnee while continuing to support the organization’s focus on efficient service delivery and client-centered care. He will also continue serving in his current role as Central Region Office Supervisor.
