RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged sex crimes in Manhattan.
Just before 1:30p.m. Thursday, police arrested 22-year-old Joshue Serrano of Manhattan in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Serrano was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape- sexual intercourse with a mentally deficient victim and aggravated sexual battery of a mentally deficient victim.
He met the requirement of a $25,000 bond and is no longer in custody, according to the RCPD.
