Riley County Police are seeking information on three crimes: Authorities are seeking the identity of two individuals suspected of stealing more than $500 worth of clothing from Academy Sports in Manhattan last week. A photo of the pair is on the RCPD Facebook page.
Police are also investigating a theft in Manhattan Thursday afternoon. a 34-year-old male suspect rented, and did not return, a white 2016 cargo truck from the U-Haul in the 400 block of Yuma St. The total estimated loss associated with this case is approximately $45,000.
RCPD is also seeking information on a theft reported yesterday morning occurring in the 100 block of E. Poyntz in Manhattan... on October 5 an unknown suspect stole numerous tools from the bed of a truck at Solida Tree Service. The estimated loss is more than thirty-one-hundred dollars.
