Manhattan city officials said Tuesday that the westbound, outside lane of Bluemont Ave from 11th St through 12th St will be closed for signage/construction.
They also noted that 12th St-from Moro through Bluemont will be closed, in addition to 12th St-from Bluemont through Vattier.
Work by C-Hawk begins Tuesday and until further notice.
