
The Flint Hills Breadbasket, 905 Yuma, will be the site for a USDA / TEFAP food distribution on Wednesday, May 27th, at 4 p.m. Officials at the nonprofit food pantry said the product will be distributed until it is gone.
Recipients of the food must meet income guidelines and live in Riley County. Food available, although it is subject to change, will include black beans, apricot halves, fresh apples, oranges, potatoes, pistachios, pork patty's, split peas, pork loin, raisins, brown rice, pork chops, frozen corn and frozen whole eggs.
