U.S. Senator Jerry Moran sees the need for more testing kits for COVID-19. During a Town Hall hosted by JC Post.com the senator said in his view more testing is needed than what is occurring, "where we are isolating the people who test positive as compared to isolating everyone. "
Moran explained the focus for his office across Kansas has been on more personal protection equipment, more testing, and capabilities of emergency and medical personnel to meet the needs of their community.
Moran said billions of taxpayer dollars are being spent in the effort to deal with both health and economics. But there isn't enough money that you can buy your way out of a circumstance when no one is at work. So the goal has to be to get this economy going again."
