Riley County Health Officer Julie Gibbs has issued a new Restricted Movement Order, effective today ( Monday ). It is no longer a Stay at Home Order, but she said the message is similar. "Please limit your movement and get out only when necessary. We need to stimulate our economy but we also need to stay vigilant as the risk is still great. Social distancing should be a term that we use every day. We won't see the effects of opening more businesses for another 14 days so please continue to stay the course."
Governor Kelly lifted her Stay at Home Order, effective at midnight last ( Monday ) night.
