
KDOT has a mill and overlay project planned on U.S. 77 from Waterville to Randolph, from approximately mile marker 194 to mile marker 212. It will begin, Monday, May 4, weather permitting. The project is expected to be complete by the end of June.
Traffic will encounter a lane width restriction of 10 feet in the work area only. During the first week of the project a flagging operation may be used, after the first week a pilot car operation will guide traffic through the project during daylight hours. Motorists should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
Hall Brothers, Inc. of Marysville is the contractor on the $2.6 million project.
