Major General John Kolasheski said Wednesday as protective and preventive measures begin to take hold he is "slowly opening the aperture and expansion of personnel who are considered mission essential."
Kolasheski told a Fort Riley Town Hall members of the public may notice a slight increase in activity, "a slight uptick in military vehicle traffic, helicopter flights and noise from firing range operations."
The stay at home order at Fort Riley continues until May 3rd. It coincides with the order for Kansas by Governor Kelly.
