RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged criminal threat and have made an arrest.
Just after 11p.m. Saturday, officers filed a report for aggravated criminal threat and aggravated arson in the 500 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan, according to the RCPD activity report.
For victims in their 20s reported a known male suspect made threats to set a fire.
Police arrested Dakeal Allen, 18, of Manhattan, on requested charges of criminal threat and aggravated arson. Allen is being held on a total bond of $12,000.00.
