MANHATTAN — During a special city commission meeting Thursday, commissioners voted 4-1 to revoke the special event permits for the Manhattan St. Patrick's Day parade and races scheduled for this weekend in the Aggieville business district.
Coach Bill and Sharon Snyder were to lead the parade as the Grand Marshals.
