Posted Nov 12, 2019 5:17 PM

SALINA - The Office of U.S. Congressman Roger Marshall will be holding its second of three Medicare tele-town halls this Wednesday, Nov. 13, to provide Medicare recipients an opportunity to speak directly with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) officials about their Medicare plans and questions during the 2019 Open Enrollment Season.

“As both a doctor and from helping my parents navigate the complexities of Medicare, I know it can get overwhelming. Whether you’re a new enrollee or perhaps you’re looking to select a health plan that best fits your needs, we want to help provide the information you need,” Dr. Marshall said.

All calls are free of charge and open to all current Medicare recipients in Kansas. CMS officials from the Kansas City office will answer calls and provide additional information about plans, costs and changes in coverage opportunities.

The next Medicare tele-town hall calls will be held:

Wednesday, Nov. 13: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. CST

The call-in phone number for all three calls will be:

Dial-in Number:877-229-8493

PIN:116489

Congressman Marshall encourages all Medicare recipients to take part in one of the upcoming calls and learn more about Medicare and their options during Open Enrollment season.
