GEARY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Tuesday in Geary County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Dodge Ram driven by Sergio Deleon, Jr., 18, Clovis, New Mexico, was westbound on Interstate 70 just east of McDowell Creek Road.
The driver lost control of the pickup and it slid into a 1997 Honda CRV driven by Raul Reveles, 42, Athens, Georgia.
EMS transported Reveles to the hospital in Junction City. Deleon was not injured. KHP had incomplete seat belt usage information.
