Manhattan Parks & Recreation along with T. Russel Reitz Animal Shelter are hosting the 2nd Annual Howl N' Prowl, Sunday, October 24th at 6 p.m. at the Wefald Pavilion in City Park. Participants are encouraged to dress up their furry friends for a chance to win best costume
A $5.00 donation is suggested for those attending with their dog. During the event, owners can walk around City Park with their pooches and enjoy dog-safe items from our local vendors. Officials ask that all animals remain on a leash and be up to date on vaccinations.
The following services will be available but not required:
Rabies shots $10.00
City Pet License $6 spayed/neutered or $24 intact
