--Anderson Avenue Reconstruction: A major corridor project replacing aging water lines, repairing stormwater infrastructure, and improving nearby streets—with phased work through 2027.
Aggieville Improvements: Completion of the north phase of 12th Street (Moro to the alley) with new utilities and a more pedestrian-friendly streetscape. A new hotel is expected to finish in fall 2026, with more design work planned for Moro Street.
The Edge District: Final phase completed in fall 2025 at Kimball & Denison, wrapping a decade-long, $45 million infrastructure investment with new streets, stormwater upgrades, sidewalks, lighting, and utilities.
