Crystal Malchose is the new Human Relations Director for Geary County. She has been working in a similar capacity in Pottawatomie County, and is also a former City of Manhattan employee.
Malchose said she has worked in the public sector for more than 20 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
