GEARY COUNTY —The Junction City Police Department and the Junction City Animal Shelter are asking for help identifying the driver of the vehicle shown in the video.

Just before 8:30a.m. Monday, a vehicle dumped a great Dane puppy at the animal shelter.&nbsp;

Police believe the car is a Ford Fusion.
