* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, until 10 PM CDT this
evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 9 AM to 7 PM
CDT Sunday.
* WINDS...For today, southwest winds 10 to 20 MPH with gusts to
around 25 MPH. For Sunday, starting with southwest winds to 10
MPH with gusts up to 25 MPH early, then shifting to the north in
the morning with gusts of 30 to 45 MPH.
