Trick or Treat at the Ville and the K-State Homecoming Parade will be Friday highlights in Manhattan's Aggieville.
Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm more than 40 Businesses throughout the district will have tables outside of their store fronts handing out candy
- Streets will be shut down to ensure everyone's safety
--The parade will come through Aggieville about 5:00 pm.
