RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement investigating theft from two local businesses have made an arrest.
Just before 7p.m. April 21, officers filed a report for theft of property or services, theft by deception and making false information from Central Mechanical Construction Company and Howies Recycling Inc., according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
The report list a 43-year-old man as the suspect. On Friday, police arrested Adam Rundell, 43, of Manhattan for theft of property or service, theft by deception and making false information. Rundell is being held on a $5,000 bond.
